Description


This Master provides a deep knowledge and understanding of today's networks, delivering an up to date coverage of:
(i) communication infrastructures, technologies and protocols both in fixed and mobile environments;
(ii) technological solutions for service integration;
(iii) advanced network services and distributed applications;
(iv) network management, security and monitoring;
(v) current trends and future challenges on networking.

Access to higher education


To provide specialized knowledge in Engineering of Computer Networks and Telematic Services, promoting training and the acquisition of skills and competencies to the definition, planning and operation of network infrastructures, both fixed and mobile. The course enables the development and management of applications and the design and implementation of network services

Entry requirements


Applicants for the postgraduate programme should have at least a high quality 1st Cycle degree (180 ECTS) in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent studies.
