Mentors help mentees to analyse, reflect and act.
In this Programme, Mentoring is a professional development tool in which a more experienced professional (mentor) helps someone less experienced (mentee) based on the personal and professional experience acquired throughout his or her career.
In this programme, the mentor/mentee pairs come from different training areas, with the aim of developing the multidisciplinary competencies of the mentee and, consequently, making him/her better able to deal with various professional situations, enhancing his/her personal and professional growth.
The mentor/mentee relationship usually includes experiences and conversations on a wide range of subjects, in areas selected by those involved, including discussion of the mentee’s concerns and doubts in relation to their professional orientation.
