Within SHARE Meetings we would like to present the website created by students to ensure a summary of the SHARE presentations is always available.

Until September 9, PhD students willing to participate in the SHARE Meeting should send an email to the organizing committee (share.eaad@gmail.com) indicating his availabitity according to the following dates (30 Sep; 14 Oct; 28 Oct; 11 Nov; 25 Nov; 7 Dec; 16 Dec; 6 Jan; 20 Jan; 3 Feb; 17 Feb)

About SHARE:
Bi-monthly meetings of EAAD's PhD students
The SHARE meetings are bi-monthly seminars held between doctoral students enrolled in the third cycle of the School of Architecture, Art, and Design at the University of Minho. In addition to being a moment of encounter between these students, the sessions give a doctoral student the opportunity to present and receive feedback and contributions on the progress of their research work.
Periodicity:
Bi-monthly, Fridays from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. In exceptional cases, the sessions can take place on another day at the same time.
Venue:
School of Architecture of the University of Minho, Azurém Campus. There will always be an online version via Zoom.

Each session lasts one hour and is structured into three moments:
a) 10 minutes for each participant to introduce themselves and briefly explain where they are in the research process;
b) 15 minutes for the doctoral student to present their work;
c) 35 minutes for comments and debate.

Calendar
Before the beginning of each semester, the organising committee releases by email a calendar with the blocks of sessions available. Doctoral students interested in presenting should send the committee their intention of presenting with the suggestion of 3 dates, in order of preference. The committee will distribute the intentions to present by the blocks and create a calendar based on the proposals received.
In the event that sessions remain unfilled, they are left open for those who want to invite someone external to give an open class or a presentation they consider pertinent to the group.

Communication
Two weeks before each presentation, the PhD student who is going to present is asked to send to the committee a title, an image, a short abstract (100 words) and a short bio (50 words). This information will be used for internal dissemination of the sessions.
