The University of Minho has made an effort to harmonise the two assessment subsystems for the Technical, Administrative and Management Staff (TAM), in order to guarantee the respect for the principle of equity among all the workers of the Institution, namely by standardising the interpretation of the performance differentiation principle, aiming to ensure the convergence of assessment procedures of employees regardless of their work contract regime; alignment in terms of the calendar of the assessment process and the sharing of IT support, through the module available in the Intranet of UMinho (> quality> services > TAM Staff Assessment).
