Description


The Master in Business and Management offers a wide education in Management. It covers the full range of management disciplines: accounting, finance, marketing and strategy, operations management and human resource management. Graduates are able to use theoretical knowledge and apply strategic management skills in managerial decision-making. They also are able to analyse complex data and think critically, as well as, to operate effectively and efficiently in cross-cultural teams and act ethically and with integrity.

Access to higher education


Masters in Business and Management are qualified to start a Ph.D. in Management or related fields.

Careers


Graduates in Business and Management are qualified to pursue a career in management and its functional areas (namely, finance, corporate strategy, accounting, organizational behavior and human resources, marketing and operations management), in a variety of organizations (public and private, national and international, profit and non-profit).

Entry requirements


- Holders of an undergraduate degree, or equivalent, either pursued in national or in foreign universities;
- Holders of a university degree awarded abroad after the completion of the first cycle of studies in the aforementioned scientific areas, organised in line with the principles of Bologna and recognised by the Scientific Board of the School of Economics and Management
- Holders of a relevant academic and/or professional curriculum vitae and which the Executive Board of the Master programme considers as fit for pursuing a Master Programme in Management.
