The Symposium aims to provide an international forum for the debate on, among others, such important issues as the sustainability of the built environment, risk assessment and asset management in infrastructures. We shall be focusing on cutting-edge issues, such as Novel Management Tools for the Built Environment, Lifecycle Quality Control of New and Existing Infrastructures, and Advanced Frameworks for a Sustainable Built Environment and Risk Analysis Procedures.
The Objectives of this Conference are to:
• Place the topic of Sustainability of the Built Environment in an International Discussion Forum
• Offer a worldwide discussion in risk assessment and infrastructure asset management with
a share of knowledge from different stakeholders
• Discuss Performance and Costs of built environment assets, with a focus on ‘Zero Maintenance’
• Provide the adaptation of Young Engineers to the topics of Risk, Construction, Quality, Resilience
and Management.
This Event is expected to attract young to renowned engineers, from around the world, who will gather to share their knowledge and expertise in the field of structural engineering.
