Secretariat of the Management Board

Mission

[article 56 of the Organic Regulation of the Services Units of the University of Minho, published in the Official Gazette, Diário da República, 2nd series, no. 100/2020, of 7 May]

The Secretariat of the Management Board is responsible for providing administrative advice to the Management Board, particularly:

a. Receiving information and documentation addressed to and associated with the Management Board, and organizing the corresponding archive;

b. Carrying out the necessary administrative procedures for the preparation of the Management Board’s documentation to be submitted for approval and its execution;

c. Preparing and distributing to all members of the Management Board, with due notice, the documentation relating to meetings;

d. Forwarding the deliberations of the Management Board and the relevant information produced as part of its mission to the competent organs, organic units and services, and undertaking their dissemination;

e. Organising and keeping updated the register of the Management Board’s deliberations and the relevant information produced as part of its mission;

f. Providing support for the preparation of the minutes of Management Board meetings and sending them to all members.
