Mission

“The Secretariat for the Ombudsperson is responsible for providing administrative advice to the Student Ombudsperson and the Institutional Ombudsperson, particularly:
a. providing the various services of assistance and guidance to those who wish to interact with Student Ombudsperson and the Institutional Ombudsperson, i.e., face-to-face meetings, telephone assistance and through computer resources;
b. Receiving information and documentation addressed to and associated with the Student Ombudsperson and Institutional Ombudsperson, and organizing the corresponding archive;
c. Carrying out the necessary administrative procedures for the preparation of the documentation of the Student Ombudsperson and Institutional Ombudsperson to be submitted for approval and its execution;
d. Forwarding the recommendations of the Student Ombudsperson and the Institutional Ombudsperson and the relevant information produced as part of its mission to the competent organs, organic units and services, and undertaking their dissemination;
e. Organising and keeping up-to-date the register of the recommendations and documentation of the Student Ombudsperson and the Institutional Ombudsperson and the relevant information produced.”
