Mission
[article 57 of the Organic Regulation of the Services Units of the University of Minho, published in the Official Gazette, Diário da República, 2nd series, no. 100/2020, of 7 May]
“The Secretariat of the consultative bodies chaired by the Rector or persons appointed by him/her is responsible for providing administrative advice to the Academic Senate, the Council of Chairpersons of the Organic Units and the Disciplinary Board, particularly:
a. Preparing and distributing to all the members of the consultation bodies chaired by the Rector, with due anticipation, documentation relating to meetings;
b. Organising and keeping updated the register of the opinions of the consultation bodies chaired by the Rector and of the relevant information produced as part of its mission;
c. Drawing up the minutes of the meetings of the consultation bodies chaired by the Rector and sending them to all its members;
d. Forwarding the deliberations of the consultation bodies chaired by the Rector and the relevant information produced to the competent organs, organic units and services, and proceeding with their dissemination by the means and in the forms provided for in the applicable regulations.”
