Mission
[article 55 of the Organic Regulation of the Services Units of the University of Minho, published in the Official Gazette, Diário da República, 2nd series, no. 100/2020, of 7 May]
“The Secretariat of the Rectorate is responsible for providing administrative advice to the Rectorate, particularly:
a. Ensuring the various assistance and guidance services to those who wish to interact with the Rectorate, i.e., face-to-face meetings, telephone assistance and through computer resources;
b. Receiving the information and documentation sent to the Rectorate, organizing the corresponding archive, and linking with the services which form part of the Rectorate;
c. Carrying out the administrative procedures of the services within the Rectorate, particularly concerning expenditure documents and personnel management;
d. Disseminating internal norms and other institutional guidelines, as well as relevant legislation, to the University’s units and services.”
