Almedina Prizes

Under the scope of the Protocol established between the University of Minho and the Almedina Bookshop, Almedina annually awards a prize to the best scholarship student in each Teaching and Research Unit. The Almedina Gift Voucher, to be converted into books, is accompanied by a publication from the Almedina Bookshop in the area of knowledge of each student awarded the prize.

Braga Lions Club​

The Lions Club of Braga has, in recent years, offered 50 scholarships to students in need from the University of Minho, which make up a total amount of over 50 thousand euros. These grants are managed under the University’s Emergency Welfare Fund.
