Under the terms of the provisions of article 128 of the Statutes, the Universidade do Minho has an Ombudsperson’s Office that includes the Student Ombudsperson and the Institutional Ombudsperson. The Ombudsperson office has a secretariat that provides administrative advice to the Student Ombudsperson and the Institutional Ombudsperson.
