The A3ES benchmark for internal quality assurance systems in higher education institutions has been promoting greater clarification of the need to produce relevant and updated indicators on institutional performance and its contribution to the improvement of the activities developed and the effectiveness in the management of the resources involved.

This year's edition of the Annual Quality Event is dedicated to the discussion around the collection and processing of data that support the production of indicators and official statistics of institutional performance, in order to support strategic decision-making, in the fields of education, research and interaction with society, as well as the continuous improvement of the University.
