The A3ES framework emphasises the need to involve the academic community in managing the quality and effectiveness of communication in Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). In this context, it is important to create an environment in which members of the community feel motivated to contribute to continuous improvement.
This year's edition of the Annual Quality Event is dedicated to discussing strategies for motivating and encouraging the participation of the academic community in quality issues, which may involve implementing policies and practices that recognise and value individual and collective contributions, as well as disseminating relevant information so that everyone understands how their involvement affects quality in HEIs.
