The A3ES benchmark for internal quality assurance systems in higher education institutions has been promoting greater clarification of the Research aspect, both in relation to the monitoring of the context, conditions and development of scientific activities, and with regard to reflection on their contribution to the teaching activities provided in the context of accredited study cycles.

This year's edition of the Annual Quality Event is dedicated to the discussion of new versions of the instruments and mechanisms of the Research branch of SIGAQ-UM.
